Opening on May 12th will be a new retail destination for Contemporary Furniture, Home Accessories and Jewelry for men and ladies. AXOM OBJECTS is about ‘Makers’ – people with vision, style and a sense of purpose. Our ‘Modern Makers’ are rooted in craft while embracing technology with an understanding of the global marketplace to produce designs that are refreshingly modern and also useful.
AXOM OBJECTS is the brainchild of Robin Muto who is a practicing Interior Designer (Robin Muto Interiors) and also co-curator of AXOM Gallery. Robin’s vision was to create a shop that bridges the gap between her design profession where she creates high end custom interiors and the Gallery exhibitions of one-of-a-kind artwork. “ I realized that I had developed a keen knowledge of the furniture industry and wanted to provide a resource where people could purchase design savvy, well made, eco-friendly and most of all affordable furniture that has been curated for them through a designer’s eye.” The furnishings look great in urban loft settings and live –work environments, and the fabrics are so durable which makes them perfect for young people starting families. Our accessory pieces are beautiful, functional and very cool, making them great gift items when you’re looking for something very special’ says Robin.
