Belinda Bryce was born in Houston, Texas and as a child lived in California, Germany, Connecticut, Toledo, Buffalo and Rochester, NY. As an adult, she lived in Ithaca, Boston, Atlanta, Columbus, and Memphis. She has spent the majority of her life in Rochester but can envision living elsewhere. She studied art at various colleges and universities, including the Atlanta College of Art, the Berkshire School of Contemporary Art, The Ohio State University, and Memphis State University. She is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where she earned a Master of Fine Arts in painting and a diploma in printmaking. She has taught at RIT’s School of Art. As a practicing artist, Bryce has shown extensively in Western New York State. Additionally, her work has appeared in both national and international juried shows.
